I grabbed the below quote by Mike Wang (a panelist from the recent Educon conference) from a PBS blog on teaching, posted by Andy Carvin, and thought it worth sharing:

“It’s better to have a good teacher teaching by candlelight than a mediocre teacher surrounded by technology.”
